YELLOW PERCH ON LAKE NORMAN

Last Sunday I was fishing from a friends dock in Reeds Creek with live shiners and throwing a few new lures. I had a couple bites and finally got one on. Low-and-behold, it was a nice yellow perch!  
I have not seen or caught a yellow perch in over 20 years.
A little guy - but what a beauty.
